How to make modeling chocolate


I have been obsessed with modeling chocolate ever since I started decorating cakes but I was never brave enough to try making my own modeling chocolate until recently.

The recipe I am going to show Y'ALL is my recipe I happen to accidentally discover after I have trialed and binned 4 modeling chocolate recipe.

You will need:

12 oz of Wilton Candy Melts
1/4 cup of light corn syrup
